Ecommerce Sales Representative

Commerce Rev is a growing company passionate about helping brands scale their ecommerce businesses. They are seeking a Junior Ecommerce Sales Executive to support their sales team by discovering new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and growing brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Develop and create sales pipeline for Marketplace Clients
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to consistently meet sales targets
Conduct sales calls to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services
Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions by recommending our products or services that best meet their objectives
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from leads
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products/services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Achieve high close rate % (based on company’s KPIs)
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company’s CRM software

Required

Passionate about sales and connecting with people
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to create and deliver persuasive and winning presentations of our products/services
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
Positive attitude with high energy
Self-motivated and driven by targets, desire to deliver results
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Ecommerce experience (Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, etc.)
Commercial awareness
Proficient user of storytelling in sales strategies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome sales challenges
Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, as required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, business administration, etc
In-depth knowledge of other Microsoft Office (or Google equivalent) applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
CRM experience is a plus
