Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations of the residential community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
Support the Community Manager in marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests to ensure high satisfaction levels
Coordinate with maintenance and vendor teams to schedule repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and community documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking to support fiscal responsibility
Enforce community rules and regulations consistently and fairly to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment
Participate in community events and initiatives to promote resident engagement and retention
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service within the real estate industry a must
Basic knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or similar property management certification preferred
Experience working in multi-family residential communities or real estate leasing
Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and local real estate regulations
Proficiency with advanced property management platforms such as Yardi or RealPage
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in team collaboration or supervisory roles
