Develop familiarity with loan origination systems and required disclosures

Participate in ongoing training sessions and sales coaching programs

Maintain pipeline activity reports and communicate status updates to clients and team members

Observe regulatory guidelines and ethical sales practices in all loan origination activities

Support branch sales goals and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives

Progressively build personal production capacity and referral relationships under guidance

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, finance, or communications preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM or loan origination platform
