Global Sales Operations Lead
Ohly is a leading yeast extract producer with a global presence. They are seeking a Global Sales Operations Lead to optimize the performance of their sales organization by managing processes, tools, and data to empower sales teams and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Deliver accurate reporting on sales and campaign results
Provide actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and analytics
Organize and maintain sales collateral
Support onboarding, training, and capability development for sales teams
Act as CRM “Super User” and administrator
Support integration and training of tools including D365, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
Oversee lead generation, opportunity tracking, and pipeline analysis to identify trends and optimize conversion rates
Work closely with regional sales leads on account allocation and territory planning
Assist marketing with go-to-market strategies and commercialization campaigns
Support sales events and trade shows as needed
Provide analysis on sales process optimization, automation, workflows, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or Data Analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data into actionable insights
Advanced computing proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems, Power BI, and D365
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work across diverse teams and functions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred
Professional experience in the food industry is preferred
Willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times per year
