Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement business solutions primarily using PHP Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL

Develop and support RESTful APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems

Stay up to date with the latest front end cross-platform technologies such as Flutter, and apply them where appropriate

Streamline, standardize, and automate business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability

Identify opportunities for process optimization and proactively implement improvements

Apply a security-first approach to all development activities, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of solutions and data

Maintain awareness of secure coding practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions

Provide technical support, create SOP documentation, and deliver training to users as needed

Be efficient with escalating and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure user satisfaction

Required

5+ years in similar role implementing enterprise automation solutions

5+ years customizing and optimizing UI for multi-device support (phone, tablet, and PC)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Proficiency with scripting and programming (Linux command line, PowerShell, JSON)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical audiences, including process documentation

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Software development certifications

Background in secure coding

Preferred

Experience managing Linux containers and VMs, especially for LAMP stacks

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, BitBucket)

Experience with AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS certified preferred)
