Heavy Civil Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to CD Hall’s quality standards
Oversee subcontract negotiations, contracts, and compliance; maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure profitability
Build and maintain project schedules; proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure alignment with approved budgets
Negotiate and manage subcontracts and purchase orders; build strong relationships to support ongoing and future work
Track and communicate change orders; prepare and submit monthly billings
Drive strategic procurement initiatives and value-engineering efforts to reduce project costs
Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering long-term relationships with clients, trade partners, and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a construction Project Manager, preferably with heavy-civil or sitework projects
Strong leadership abilities with a talent for aligning both field and office teams
Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
Demonstrated success in cost control, budgeting, subcontractor negotiation, and financial management
Ability to secure cost-saving opportunities through effective vendor management and value-add procurement
Client-focused relationship-builder with a track record of maintaining strong partnerships
Tech-forward mindset with experience using modern construction management software and digital tools
Preferred
Experience in data centers, mission critical facilities, industrial sites, healthcare campuses, commercial developments, and residential communities a PLUS
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
