The Sourcer will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand hiring needs and partner closely with TA Partners and stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience

Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals

Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations

Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques)

Required

Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment via search firm or in-house recruiting environment

Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

2+ years experience recruiting and sourcing experience specifically focused on Product Management roles

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks

A strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
