This senior technical leadership position involves architecting, designing, and enabling end-to-end Cisco-based solutions across various domains while supporting all ACP business units to ensure technical excellence and alignment with customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
Serve as ACP’s enterprise-wide Cisco subject matter expert across all technology domains including networking, collaboration, security, wireless, and data center
Design complex Cisco architectures and lead technical discussions with customers from discovery through delivery
Develop reference architectures, design documents, and best practices for Cisco deployments
Provide technical validation and oversight of solution designs to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with OEM partners and ACP technical teams to align solutions with Cisco’s technology roadmap and partner programs
Maintain strong relationships with Cisco SEs and technical leads to stay aligned on programs, incentives, and competitive positioning
Partner with sales and presales teams to drive internal awareness and design and position Cisco-based solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives
Lead technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations for customers
Create bills of materials (BOMs), statements of work (SOWs), and solution documentation in alignment with ACP methodologies
Support proposal development and assist in responding to RFPs and RFIs
Collaborate with marketing to produce technical content, case studies, reference architectures, and customer facing materials that support demand generation
Support thought leadership initiatives by contributing to events, webinars, and follow up content for prospects and customers
Mentor ACP engineers and solution consultants to elevate Cisco technical competency across the organization
Contribute to internal training, certification planning, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Collaborate with other architects to integrate Cisco solutions with complementary technologies across the ACP portfolio
Stay current on Cisco technology advancements, certifications, and partner programs to maintain ACP’s competitive advantage
Provide architecture-level guidance during project delivery to ensure solutions are implemented according to design
Engage in post-sales review sessions to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction
Partner with delivery leadership to refine methodologies and enhance delivery efficiency
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience designing and implementing Cisco-based solutions in enterprise or service provider environments
Deep technical expertise in multiple Cisco domains including routing and switching, wireless, collaboration, security, and data center
Comprehensive understanding of Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA) offers and positioning
Current Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent required
Strong understanding of network design principles, QoS, security, and multi-site architectures
Proven experience working in a solution architect or senior engineering capacity within a Cisco partner organization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical and executive-level discussions
Ability to travel regularly to ACP offices, partner sites, and customer locations across geographies
