Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

5+ years of successful design experience within a consulting engineering firm

Knowledge of Illinois Department of Transportation or Illinois Tollway design standards, procedures and specifications is required

Proficiency in Microstation, including CONNECT and Open Roads Design is required

Awareness of other disciplines and the interrelationship of the various elements of design

Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
