Responsibilities
Build and configure Epic User Security components including roles, user templates, security classes, provider templates, and access settings
Partner with clinical, operational, and application teams to gather requirements and translate them into secure, scalable access models
Configure security points, workgroup security, cross-environment permissions, and provider record configuration
Perform security testing, validate permissions across applications, resolve access issues, and coordinate with technical and application teams
Support ongoing user provisioning, environment access alignment, workflow changes, and system upgrades or expansions
Qualification
Required
Epic User Security certification required
Strong knowledge of Epic security architecture, provider access models, and role-based permissions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within large multidisciplinary teams
Ability to travel onsite full-time as required to support project needs, validation activities, and end-user support
100% onsite travel required throughout the duration of the project
Onsite presence required in Dubai for meetings, validation, and hands-on support
Preferred
3–5 years of Epic Security build/support experience preferred
Experience supporting global or multi-site healthcare environments preferred, not required
