Higher Education

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs
Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance

Qualification

BCBA CertificationMaster’s degree in ABAProgram developmentRBT supervisionOrganizational skillsLeadership skills

Required

Current BCBA Certification is required
Master's degree in ABA or related field
Experience in program development and RBT supervision
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Reliable transportation for local travel
