Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their marketing analytics needs and design tailored solutions using our software platform
Analyze complex marketing datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Develop and present data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, customer segmentation, and ROI
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver successful client outcomes
Lead workshops and training sessions to enable clients on analytics best practices
Stay current with industry trends in marketing analytics, data science, and AI

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or business intelligence within a software vendor, consulting, or enterprise environment
Proven experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, R)
Proven communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience applying marketing data science solutions in one or more of the following industries: financial services, retail, or telecommunications
Proven track record of leveraging customer data to drive segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization in financial services (e.g., banking, insurance, payments)
Experience analyzing omni-channel retail data to improve customer engagement, loyalty programs, and sales performance
Hands-on experience with telecommunications data, such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value modeling, or network usage analytics
Familiarity with industry-specific data sources, regulatory requirements, and business processes relevant to marketing analytics in financial services, retail, or telecommunications
Proven ability to translate complex industry challenges into actionable marketing analytics solutions for enterprise clients
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications

Preferred

Experience with machine learning models for marketing applications (e.g., churn prediction, customer lifetime value)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign measurement
Experience working in a SaaS or software vendor environment
