Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML functions (Research, Applied ML, ML Platform, Optimization, Distributed Training, AI Performance Engineering, etc.)
Engage, assess, and close senior-level technical talent in a competitive market
Partner with engineering leadership to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and drive high-quality hiring decisions
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
Track and analyze funnel metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
Qualification
Required
4+ years recruiting in Machine Learning, AI Research, or Deep-Tech environments
Strong understanding of ML concepts (LLMs, distributed training, model optimization, data pipeline architecture, etc.)
Experience supporting fast-growing startups or high-performance technical orgs
Proven ability to close niche technical talent in competitive markets
Excellent communication, calibration, and stakeholder-management skills
