Own and drive the success of strategic customer deployments, making decisions that directly move revenue and margins — not just reporting on them
Design the operating model and develop the ecosystem partnerships that will be the foundation of our growth engine
Synthesize on-the-ground operational insights into product changes and features that advance how we leverage AI to support and accelerate clinical trials
Take on and solve ambiguous, first-of-a-kind company challenges, then turn your solutions into clear playbooks, dashboards, and processes the whole team can rely on
Qualification
Required
Experience in business operations or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize operational insights into actionable strategies
Experience in managing customer deployments and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Experience in developing operating models and ecosystem partnerships
