Provides a wide variety of confidential administrative and general support to a Vice President of the Sisters of Mercy Health System
Ensures Mercy Values are reflected in all aspects of the departments operations
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Five years executive secretary experience
Ability to work with and preserve confidential information
Computer literacy with intermediate skills with Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal, communications and organization skills
Ability to deal effectively with diverse groups of people
Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner
