Responsibilities

Develop and own the North America partner marketing plan including partner coverage, AWS-led demand generation, MDF planning, and partner-led demand generation
Hire and develop a team of partner marketing professionals that plan and deliver partner demand generation programs including integrated campaigns, digital marketing, webinars, and events
Partner closely with field marketing to ensure a unified marketing strategy across the Geo- specifically the development of account based marketing programs and strategies with partners
Work closely with North America partner sales leaders and sales leaders to develop regional priorities and execute plans to drive partner marketing generated opportunities and pipeline
Drive cross-functional collaboration with extended marketing teams (Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Global Campaigns) to execute partner-led campaigns and events
Work with global and regional teams to share best practices and ensure alignment across different marketing efforts

Required

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
Minimum of 15 years experience in a high-tech B2B marketing role
Strong team player and leader with ability to influence, work cross-functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in highly collaborative and fast-paced environments
Solid understanding of the marketing mix and how to build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with and through partners

Preferred

Experience leading across multiple locales
MBA
7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
