Own the Technical Velocity: You are the crucial link between our innovative platform and our enterprise clients. Your mission is simple: accelerate our customers' time-to-value and ensure their technical journey is seamless, not stressful
The Consistent, Reliable Force: You'll be the dedicated technical point of contact that our clients trust. By proactively managing communication and technical needs, you directly unblock our senior engineers and keep complex projects moving forward at pace
The Ultimate Owner: You don't wait for tasks but you identify bottlenecks and proactively clear them. Whether it’s structuring the perfect meeting agenda, translating vague requests into clear tickets, or relentlessly chasing a solution, you thrive on driving things to completion
