Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Manage discovery, including document review and depositions

Participate in hearings, arbitrations, and mediations as appropriate
Qualification
Required
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
A proven track record in complex commercial litigation
The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
