Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers

Support the development of relationships with clients and learn client business needs

Promote services, design portfolios and solutions for potential clients, advise potential clients, and perform other consultative activities

Work to maintain relationships with other professionals through which the employer indirectly increases its market share

Collaborate with the Account Executive, Producer, and/or more senior Account Manager to achieve sales and service goals

Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients

Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Continuously develop product and client knowledge to engage with customers effectively
