Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field
MUST live in the greater Washington D.C. region: Virginia, D.C., or Maryland
Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or digital marketing
Demonstrated experience with federal or defense sector communications
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experienced developing and implementing strategic communication plans
Ability to develop content tailored for different channels and audiences
Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on digital engagement metrics
Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to approval workflows
Strong Excel Experience
Preferred
Experience working with government or defense sector communications
Knowledge of DoD or OASN (FM&C) policies and processes
Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and analytics
Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards
Strong writing and editing skills for newsletters and digital platforms
