Senior Project Manager - Commercial/Multifamily
TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in commercial and multifamily construction projects. The role involves managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, focusing on project administration, contracts, scheduling, and budgets.

Responsibilities
Lead project buyout process and subcontractor procurement
Create and maintain detailed project schedules
Administer contracts and process change orders
Monitor project budgets and implement cost controls
Prepare monthly billing and payment applications
Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance
Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycle
Coordinate with field superintendent on logistics and scheduling
Conduct project meetings with owners, architects, and consultants
Facilitate project closeout and warranty processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years construction project management experience
Commercial and/or multifamily construction background
Expert knowledge of construction contracts and procurement
Proficient with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar)
Strong financial analysis and budget management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience managing projects from $5M
Preferred
Experience with both bid-based and cost-plus delivery methods
PMP or CCM certification
Knowledge of sustainable building practices
Established relationships with local subcontractor community
