Supervise field staff and conduct jobsite visits for quality and code compliance

Coordinate job details with GC’s, builders, homeowners, and internal teams

Track labor hours, productivity, and project timelines

Enforce safety policies and conduct inspections

Troubleshoot field issues and streamline workflows

Support sales/estimating with job readiness and technical insight

Approve timesheets, verify job completion, and maintain production reports

Train and develop installation personnel
