Demand Planner and Inventory Analyst, Aftermarket (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Manage planning strategies and ERP requirements across various Aftermarket product lines to achieve 96% on-time delivery
Ensure inventory and service level targets are met
Manage inventory, demand planning, and various business processes associated with a program
Extract and analyze datasets to generate reports that support analytical requirements and drive strategic decisions
Optimize part segmentation to ensure alignment to inventory, service levels, and profitability objectives
Analyze and review demand patterns, product lifecycle, and available market intelligence
Possess ability to display complex data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
Communicate effectively with other Aftermarket groups, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Sites
Utilize PowerBI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel or other similar tools to develop analytics and visualization
Travel up to 5%

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience in demand planning or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Experience with ERP planning
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems

Preferred

Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or ACE
Experience with demand planning, service level and inventory optimization with intermittent historical demand
Experience with statistical forecasting and forecast accuracy measurement
Inventory forecasting and reduction initiatives, In-depth knowledge of demand planning and make-to-stock strategies, dashboard and point-of-use tool creation
