Responsibilities

Ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of event-related payments

Reviewing and approving payments to vendors, speakers, awardees, and other stakeholders

Ensuring that all payment requests are supported by appropriate documentation

Ensuring compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and best business practices

Communicating with conference organizers to provide updates on payment status

Guiding conference organizers in resolving documentation issues

Required
