Responsibilities

Develop information security standards for protection of information systems and large/small-scale operating systems

Recommend appropriate security safeguards to be included during development of new information technology systems and legacy systems

Perform periodic audits to assure security policies and standards are being followed, develop recommendations for enhancements, and generate reports where necessary

Keep current on new laws and changes affecting privacy standards, physical security, and logical, remote terminal, and network security

Audit data partner Service Organization Control documents for compliance

Maintain role-based access catalog for all user levels

Process onboarding and offboarding requests using Computer Account Administration and Alemba Service Management tools

Required

Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate with an accredited post-secondary institution and have completed at least one (1) year of undergraduate education

Academic work in related field

Ability to build relationships, establish credibility, and influence leaders at all levels

Ability to conduct well-informed research

Ability to solve complex, critical problems

Ability to review and make recommendations on proposed changes to relevant policies and procedures
