On&Off Premise Account Manager
Noblewood Group is expanding its presence in the U.S. market with Beluga Vodka, the fastest-growing luxury vodka brand. The On & Off Premise Account Manager will drive visibility, distribution, and sales performance across on-premise and off-premise channels, focusing on account development and relationship management.
Responsibilities
Identify, open, and develop high-potential on-premise and off-premise accounts, including luxury hotels, premium retailers, upscale restaurants, and nightlife venues
Secure new placements and negotiate premium brand visibility in top locations
Meet and exceed commercial goals through new listings, increased volume, visibility, and consumer engagement
Expand Beluga’s footprint across both on- and off-premise channels
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, beverage directors, and influential account stakeholders
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (sales, new listings, distribution)
Accurately track all in-market activities and submit regular CRM reports, including KPI progress, account visits, new listings, trainings, competitor activity, and special initiatives
Ensure superior menu placements, back bar visibility, displays, and POS implementation
Maximize brand presence and advocacy in priority accounts
Train account staff on Beluga Vodka’s brand story, product attributes, and service standards
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting consistent and high-quality execution
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in spirits or wine sales within the on-premise channel
Strong understanding of high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, resorts, nightlife, and premium retail environments
Proven track record of opening new accounts and delivering territory growth
Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with independent work, schedule management, and frequent travel within the territory
Willingness to spend 90% of time in the field
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Off-premise experience is a strong plus
Previous experience with premium or luxury spirits brands is a strong advantage
