Responsibilities
Own and optimize the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for all product offerings, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Drive and manage O2C project lifecycles, overseeing complex order flows and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs
Lead digital transformation efforts by implementing AI, ML, and RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency and forecasting capabilities
Provide system ownership for the O2C technology stack, managing integrations between key platforms (CRM, ERP, Billing)
Define and monitor team performance metrics against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent delivery excellence
Act as the escalation point for all business initiatives and stakeholder concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and decision-making
Mentor and develop the team, promoting continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies within the O2C stream
Deliver insightful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for executive stakeholders in Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain Operations
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in managing and implementing Order-to-Cash systems in fast-paced SaaS environments
Hands-on expertise with Tier 1 ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle ERP, SAP) and key O2C platforms (Salesforce, Zuora)
Proven leadership in digital transformation projects involving AI, ML, and RPA deployment
Strong stakeholder management and collaborative relationship-building skills across functions
Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in creating executive-level presentations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Strategic problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution and active listening skills
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
