Responsibilities

Take ownership of leading and coaching a team that can meet and exceed monthly demo quotas

Communicate weekly updates to Sales Directors and other stakeholders within the company

Administer performance management conversations and review demos scheduled to ensure quality

Utilize and optimize the team’s use of sales automation tools such as (but not limited to) ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce

Coordinate with other departments such as marketing to make sure the team is aligned with the strategy of the organization

Create a productive and fun team culture through sales contests and team activities

Required

Experience leading and coaching a sales team

Strong understanding or experience in the Tax and Accounting Industry
