Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports to visualize people metrics, workforce trends, and predictive analytics
Build and maintain robust data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across all analytics solutions
Integrate and manage data pipelines from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, engagement platforms, etc.) to deliver timely and reliable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business questions into clear, data-driven solutions
Provide actionable insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and diversity to inform strategic initiatives
Implement and uphold data governance standards, including security roles and compliance protocols, to maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
3+ years in BI development, preferably in HR or People function
Expertise in SQL, comfortable with at least one programming language (e.g. Python, R, etc)
Proven experience with Dashboard (Power BI experience is required)
Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent job experience
Experience using a data warehouse (Snowflake or Databricks preferred)
Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactor, etc.) is a plus
