The Insurance Business Systems Analyst Senior Manager will lead initiatives to enhance insurance program technology platforms and operational workflows, managing projects end-to-end and collaborating across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

Lead ownership of new insurance program concepts from requirements gathering through implementation and cross-functional integration

Provide project management oversight for initiatives involving multiple business units

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system and workflow requirements and deliver efficient, compliant solutions

Design, document, and maintain configurable information systems ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance

Troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades, and optimize performance

Conduct audits and implement security measures for information systems

Partner with Program Managers and underwriters to maintain and evolve rate, quote, bind, and policy issuance systems

Facilitate integration of acquired programs into ISC platforms

Deliver project tracking and business updates to leadership

Lead and manage onshore and offshore support resources, ensuring effective execution of pre- and post-bind activities, including: Endorsement processing, Policy/invoice validation, Audit file completeness, Premium Finance/AP collaboration, Bordereau automation, Inspection oversight, Surplus lines filing coordination

Build and manage training programs for business analysts and self-serve features for the broader business

Work closely with the ISC technology team to implement programs and features on ISC’s proprietary systems as well as third-party vendor integrations

Required

8+ years of experience in commercial lines underwriting or operations

8+ years of business systems analysis and projects experience

3+ years proven experience managing teams or support resources (onshore/offshore), including mentoring and performance oversight

Proficiency in configuring and updating insurance policy administration systems

Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive projects independently

Expertise in information systems design, implementation, and troubleshooting within the insurance industry

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

MGA Systems experience preferred
