Responsibilities

Independently performs professional level tasks that supports the Accounts Payable department and the overall campus community

Responsible for the accurate and timely review and processing of transactions

Processing invoices for payment

Reviewing travel expense reports for compliance with CSU travel procedures

Evaluation of activities and related withholding tax requirements

Annual 1099 reporting to the IRS

Perform and inform continuous education and resource support for the campus community

Actively participate in efforts for continuous improvement within department business processes or CSU initiatives that involve evaluation, planning, designing, and testing of new software solutions

Research
