Project Engineer Sr - Age Management Programmatic Lead & CAM

Responsibilities
Accountability for performance of your assigned scope throughout the lifecycle of multiple deliverables across multiple contracts and FYs
Supporting the overall FBM Program business rhythm for baseline management, monthly reporting, status and communication, and overall Earned Value Management (EVM) performance
Working symbiotically with: Certified Principal Engineers and responsible Project Engineers to help resolve any technical issues; Resource Analysts to budget, track and estimate cost; and Planning to schedule and status progress
Managing the execution of the FBM Portfolio’s Recommendation for FBM Age Management & Aging activities
Integrating various stakeholders across the program to achieve contract deliverables
Lead pathfinding efforts across the FBM Portfolio & Flight System subsystems & program stakeholder to create novel methods of program operation & identify critical program opportunities
Synthesize the data into program decision making processes

Active TOP SECRET security clearance
Preferred
Experience with the proposal process and developing Basis of Estimates (BOE)
Excellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges with senior customer and management
Organization and prioritization skills proven to integrate and coordinate a multitude of tasks
Demonstrated good judgment and programmatic execution necessary to meet technical requirements while balancing schedules and budget obligations
Experience integrating with engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authority
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
Ability to build key relationships across organizations internally within LM and externally with customers & industry partners to achieve organizational and program goals
Knowledge of program lifecycle execution from concept phase through end-of-life phase
Demonstrated experience with the risk management process
General understanding and application of data visualization
Experience with Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint and knowledge of agile methodologies
