Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Build Relationships – Spend over 50% of your time out in the field, connecting with clients and industry pros
Close Deals Efficiently – Work closely with borrowers, branch teams, and corporate to ensure smooth loan submissions
Stay Licensed & Informed – Maintain NMLS licensing and keep up with the latest rates, products, policies, and compliance rules
Be the Go-To Expert – Master FHA, Conventional, and VA loan processes while leveraging cutting-edge tools
Network & Grow – Build strong relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners

Qualification
Required
Maintain NMLS licensing
Master FHA, Conventional, and VA loan processes
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to thrive in both independent and team settings
Exude professionalism and integrity
Problem-solve with confidence
Physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting
Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
Ability to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight
Ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a keyboard
Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information
Ability to lift up to ten (10) pounds
Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction
Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction
