Responsibilities
Partner with Center Directors and Leadership Team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Manage benefits administration with accuracy and adherence to timelines and partner with payroll to ensure benefits are accurately reflected in pay systems
Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage HR documentation
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support employees throughout their journey with us
Oversee the performance review process to ensure consistency, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals. HR metrics, employee records, and performance tracking systems
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma
Prior Human Resource experience
Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
Good time-management skills with prioritization abilities
Positive and personable demeanor with the ability to handle stressful situations in a way that matches our company values
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Willing to take initiative, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts, analyze/interpret HR reports and statistics and write reports and business correspondence if needed
Strong comprehension of Google Suite
Preferred
Undergraduate degree preferred
Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS system is a plus
