Atlantic Group is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter specializing in Financial Services. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes for senior and specialized roles within the financial services industry, including executive recruiting and campus recruitment
Utilize advanced HR sourcing techniques, including social media management, cold calling, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, iCIMS, and Workday to identify potential candidates
Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective job descriptions, and provide strategic consultation on recruitment best practices
Conduct comprehensive interviewing, including behavioral and technical assessments, ensuring candidate fit and cultural alignment
Negotiate employment offers, contracts, and terms of employment while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law
Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft for efficient candidate management
Coordinate with onboarding teams to facilitate smooth employee orientation and integration processes
Develop succession plans by identifying internal talent through ongoing employee evaluation and performance reviews
Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in HR sourcing, training & development, and employee relations
Support HR initiatives related to employee relations, contract management, and HRIS systems like ADP, Paychex, or Kronos

Required

Proven track record of at least 3 years in recruiting, preferably agency recruitment
Extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates
Strong familiarity with ATS platforms
Demonstrated expertise in executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and leveraging social media for talent acquisition
Knowledge of HR compliance laws related to employment practices within a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
