Learning Center Manager- San Ramon
Think Zone Learning Center is a fast-growing Bay Area-based learning center brand, offering personalized math learning for K–8 students. The Learning Center Manager will lead and grow the flagship learning center, ensuring smooth operations while shaping students’ learning experiences and building strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom and scheduling flow
Build a positive and trusted relationship with families
Monitor student learning and track satisfaction
Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
Convert trial students into long-term enrollments
Work closely with our Growth Team to focus on achieving center targets
Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
Ensure team quality through feedback and coaching
Help pilot new systems, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ departments (training, curriculum, marketing)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Based in the Bay Area & available for in-person full-time work
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus — but not required
