Epic Optime\/Anesthesia Analyst
Quoris is seeking an experienced Epic Optime/Anesthesia Analyst to support a large-scale Epic implementation across multiple hospital perioperative departments. The role involves building and configuring workflows, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting training and stabilization for perioperative and anesthesia departments.

Responsibilities
Build and configure Epic Optime and Anesthesia workflows including case scheduling, preference cards, case tracking, intra-op documentation, and anesthesia charting
Gather requirements with perioperative leadership, anesthesiologists, and clinical teams, translating operational needs into system design and build
Configure SmartForms, SmartSets, intra-op documentation tools, anesthesia orders, device integration mappings, and perioperative security
Execute unit, integrated, and UAT testing; troubleshoot defects and coordinate resolutions with cross-module teams (Orders, Cupid, Radiant, Willow, ADT)
Support training, go-live readiness, and post–go-live stabilization/optimization for perioperative and anesthesia departments
Qualification
Required
Epic Optime and/or Anesthesia certification required
Strong understanding of surgical workflows, anesthesia documentation, scheduling, and clinical device integration
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within large project teams
Preferred
3–5 years of perioperative/anesthesia Epic build experience preferred
International healthcare implementation experience preferred, not required
