New Grad, Entry LevelMack Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team at their Bowling Green location. This Inside Sales Engineer position will assist with engineering and estimating takeoffs, support business development efforts, and serve as the first point of contact for customer walk-ins.

Responsibilities
Perform engineering and estimating takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications for precast concrete products, including manholes, box culverts, vaults etc
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop customer relationships, track project leads, and manage follow-up communications
Research and pursue project opportunities in the Southwest Ohio and Indiana regions through online bid listings, contractor outreach and online construction databases
Work closely with the Engineering department to generate accurate quantities, layouts, and preliminary designs for bid proposals
Assist in preparing submittal packages, quotes, and project documentation
Support coordination between sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure accurate takeoff information and smooth project handoff
Provide ongoing feedback on market trends, pricing opportunities, and regional growth strategies
Assist customers and contractors visiting the Bowling Green facility, providing knowledgeable and professional support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, and Mechanical Engineering
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
Strong analytical and math skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience or coursework in civil engineering, construction management, or drafting/design preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, or similar takeoff software a plus
