Senior Accountant - Finance and Business Services
Global Impact serves as a trusted philanthropy advisor and nonprofit partner, and they are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage financial information and reporting for international and grant recipient clients. The role involves month-end and year-end closing processes, vendor management, and serving as the main point of contact for client financial needs.

Responsibilities
Month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries
Annual budgets and ad hoc reports
Reviewing, approving, and monitoring accounts payable and receivables
Vendor management, including due diligence and contracting
Tracking restricted funder grants including monthly BvA reports
Serving as main point of contact for client financial needs: project management support, vendor and sub-grantee contracts, reporting, auditing, preparing 990 and related tax forms
Operational needs: liaising with internal departments such as IT and HR/Payroll
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or Business Administration
4+ years of accounting experience in Public Accounting and Non-Profit Accounting
Proficient in the use of Excel, Office 365, QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite, Bill.com, and banking platforms
Hands-on experience with client relations, grant management and tracking, as well as international non-profit organizations
Preferred
CPA or CPA candidate
