Responsibilities

Audit and process outgoing payment to Vendors

Process electronic payment requests

Distribute incoming mail

Process outgoing shipments

Review and process check stop payment requests

Audit and sent daily invoices to Customers

Maintain database costs and information as directed by Operations

Process Customer and Vendor account reconciliation

Maintain Accounting email inbox

Familiarity with accounting principles and body of knowledge
