Responsibilities
Drives the identification, implementation, and optimization of emerging technologies that solve business and clinical challenges
Evaluating and applying new tools such as automation, advanced analytics, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to improve system performance
Enhance workflows, and support strategic transformation across the organization
Translate new technology opportunities into practical, high-impact solutions that benefit both patients and providers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analysis, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably including application support, business systems analysis, or technology implementation
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
Computer skills required
Ability to maintain confidential information
Preferred
Experience with MEDITECH EMR or similar healthcare platforms is beneficial but not required
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot and other AI-enhanced tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and data analytics
Familiarity with or interest in AI, automation, low-code/no-code tools, and data analytics
