Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and user requirements

Analyze business challenges and propose effective solutions to achieve organizational goals

Act as a bridge between business units and IT to ensure clear communication and understanding of specifications

Prepare and update comprehensive documentation and training materials for system implementations

Facilitate knowledge transfer to support teams prior to system go-live

Monitor and report on system performance, escalating issues as needed to maintain operational efficiency

Ensure all projects adhere to IT and SOX compliance standards throughout their lifecycle
