Responsibilities

Work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients’ most pressing missions

Help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences

Develop leading-edge systems

Identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories

Understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features

Deliver high business value products to our nation’s aviation technology leaders

Required

6+ years of experience conducting research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presenting recommendations of short and long-term program planning requirements

Experience conducting system analysis and design activities, requirements analysis, evaluation of interfaces, and system level design, and interfacing with users on functional requirements

Experience with Agile

Experience with DevSecOps, cybersecurity policies, and best practices

Experience with configuration and risk management

Ability to facilitate meetings with a variety of stakeholders

Ability to assess and report on system performance measurements, determine impacts, perform testing, and review test materials

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences
