Customer Service Representative | Technical Support (Bilingual)

Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cable and video services
Interacting with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more
Resolving TV inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences
Learning about our core TV products, services, and billing processes to provide knowledgeable and timely customer service
Keeping a record of actions taken and creating documents that ensure customers’ service histories are available for future Representatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
Preferred
6+ months of customer service experience
1+ year working with computers and software applications
6+ months of heavy volume phone experience in customer service or a call center
