FP&A Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities
Lead the definition, development, and delivery of innovative analytical solutions
Develop and implement comprehensive data analytics frameworks
Manipulate large data sets for business insights and implement solutions, specifically focused on advanced problems and models
Identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems and inefficiencies
Define business cases and analytics use-cases
Ability to discover opportunities in the business that could be addressed by leveraging Analytics
Coordinate with senior business users and technical staff to customize high-level solutions
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel
Translate highly complex analytical and technical concepts to non-technical employees
Champion the use of statistics, distributions, and confidence intervals to make decisions based on data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field required
5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data science or any data organization
Hands-on experience with SQL, R, Python, or equivalent analytic programming languages for data extraction/manipulation, preparation, interpretation and analysis of financial results
Solid understanding of data structure and system design concepts as well as experience with query and analysis tools
Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools to develop sound analytics-based solutions for business problems
Experience leading complex projects and delivering impactful analytical solutions with a demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Ability to discover opportunities in the business that could be addressed by leveraging Analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization
Ability to manage processes and meet tight deadlines to meet the needs of the business while constantly pursuing exceptional results
Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Open to continuous learning & development
