Responsibilities

Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
Organize project documents, reports, and internal communication
Track deadlines, deliverables, and task progress
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes
Help manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Communicate with internal teams to gather information and follow up

Required
