Responsibilities

Record and ensure accuracy of daily transactions, including journal entries and expenses

Reconcile accounts and prepare accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Manage invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and resolve discrepancies promptly

Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations

Provide documentation for audits and assist with payroll processing as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, organizational efficiency, and effective communication

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
