Responsibilities
Assist with preparing and filing patent applications, responses to office actions, and other related documents
Maintain and update patent dockets in partnership with the firm’s docketing department, ensuring deadlines are met
Prepare and file PCT and foreign patent applications
Manage communication with clients, patent offices and foreign associates
Qualification
Required
Paralegal certificate from an accredited program is required
5+ years of patent prosecution experience
Strong knowledge of the patent prosecution procedures
Preferred
preferably from a law firm
