Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
Help manage and maintain development and production infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, scalable, secure, and suitable for continuous testing and delivery
Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent infrastructure issues and support system reliability
Manage requests across systems and environments, including updates to settings, permissions, and components
Provide timely support for infrastructure-related issues to minimize disruption and improve service quality
Maintain documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution to ensure consistency and operational efficiency
Communicate progress and status of assigned work in accordance with team and company practices
Participate in code reviews, seeking and incorporating feedback from teammates, reviewers, and domain experts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals and deliverables on schedule
Stay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices in the DevOps field
Actively explore emerging tools and methodologies to drive continuous process improvement
Apply new knowledge to enhance infrastructure performance, scalability, security, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
Understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Proficiency with scripting languages and configuration management tools
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes)
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English
