Responsibilities
Lead the development of an integrated MFG. IT cycle plan
Coordinate the ideation process and intake across business critical capabilities
Accelerate business value recognition for prioritized investments
Conduct cross product line planning events
Handle formal scope definition, KPI identification & tracking and change log
Lead technical product managers across MFG IT
Balance demand & capacity allocation across the MFG IT Portfolio
Ensure compliance to Enterprise Tech business office financial forecasting and actuals reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in related fields (Industrial Systems, Program Management, Computer Science)
10+ years driving objective accountability and ownership within cross functional teams
10+ years' experience with supplier/purchase service sourcing
10+ years in managing complex projects/programs
10+ years' experience working with Manufacturing skill team
5+ years in Sourcing (low cost, outsource, insource, etc.) experience
Preferred
Understanding of Product Driven System of Delivery
Strong technical product management discipline
Politically savvy navigating the organization to achieve outcomes
Proven ability to lead and empower team members
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Knowledge of the Ford Production System (FPS) and related processes
Resourceful and creative
Experience bringing together business change initiatives and the key enablers
Experience partnering with enterprise-level leaders and stakeholders
Understanding of emerging digital technologies
Experience modernizing legacy IT infrastructure and applications
Role model of Ford Truths and Ford+ Behaviors
